Jeffrey W. Kelley became Pastor of Grace Baptist Church on March 3, 2002, succeeding his father, Clifford W. Kelley, who passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2001.

Jeffrey was graduated from Bob Jones University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Subsequently, he earned a Master of Arts in Teaching Bible and a Specialist in Ministry degree as he continues to work toward a Doctorate in Pastoral Theology.  Prior to entering the ministry he served two terms on the Pickens County Water Authority.  Currently he is the Secretary/Treasurer of the International Fellowship of Fundamental Baptists.  

Born April 11, 1966 in Chattanooga, TN, Jeffrey accepted the Lord in March 1971 under the ministry of his grandfather, Dr. S. Milford Biddle.  Pastor Kelley was married to his wife Kimbel Green of Easley, SC on May 21, 1988.They have two sons, Jeffrey Brendan (born May 14, 1991) who is an Accounting major at BJU and Jordan Elliott (born February 15, 1996) who is a rising Freshman at Bob Jones Academy.
