The daughter of Dr. & Mrs. Milford Biddle, Phyllis accepted the Lord in 1957 at the Mount Olive Baptist Church, Rossville, Georgia.  A graduate of Rossville High School she has worked as a Corporate and Legal Administrative Assistant and attended Trinity College and Seminary, Newburg, Indiana. 

Married to Clifford Kelley in 1963, she served with him at Grace Baptist Church as pianist, secretary, and teacher of the Adult Ladies Sunday School Class, as well as in many other capacities until his death in 2001.  She continues to serve the Church as pianist, Office Manager and Church Clerk. 

"Preacher and Phyllis” (as they were known to the congregation) have two sons, Jeffrey (Kim) and Jason (Karla) and 5 grandchildren, Brendan, Chase, Elliott, Reilly and Brooklyn Kelley.
