Frankie Pelfrey, the son of Prue and Evelyn Pelfrey, was saved at the Glassy Mountain View Baptist Church in1973 and has been a member of Grace Baptist Church since 1980. Born and reared in Pickens County, he is a graduate of Pickens High School and attended Tri-County Technical College and Tabernacle Baptist Bible College, Greenville, South Carolina.
Frankie was married to his wife Annette Ross, on April 12, 1986.They have four daughters, Hannah, Heather (Kevin), Emily and Meagan.
